Sessions are approximately 60 minutes long, please allow 75 minutes for your first session.

Things to note:

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first session to fill out intake paperwork if you have not filled out online

• Consider what you might be most comfortable being treated in semi-clothed (a sports bra and athletic shorts, a swim suit, a bra and underwear, etc.)

• Allow yourself time after the session as you may wish to rest after your treatment
